“Are you walking in the world with inspiration to do what you are meant to do in this lifetime? Accepting everything that comes your way in a surrendering and creative manner?
This way of life comes from a deep sense of self love.
By accepting that inherently nothing is wrong here.”

What’s Your “I Am” Experience?

This is where you clicked to read more about who
I am, right? But let’s start with you.

Would you please answer the question: I am ____?

(Pause. I’ll wait…)

Ready?

I am…

Just a few small words that have the power to block people. But actually the three words reveal the block, not create it.

Let me explain.

I am Cody. That’s one “am” in my life that could fill that blank. Anything that would fill the blank is subject to change.

Take any one moment of time and the blank would likely be different.
I am Israeli.

I am a teacher.

I am a man.

I am a woman.

I am also Morrocan.

I’m gay.

I am a New Yorker.

I am a student.

No wonder the blank seems impossible to fill. It’s because it is.

Change is part of life.

What do you want to change?
What do you not want to change?

These answers start to reveal what ails us.

Let me use a simple example. A person struggles with heartburn regularly. They chew Anti-Acids like candy. Their body is literally screaming at them to change. Stop eating the pizza or drinking the red wine, or whatever. But rather than change, they mask the pain.

Imagine if they would just change.

This is what I do. I help people’s bodies heal through acupuncture to remove this stuckness and allow the body to flow. I teach others to be open and welcoming of what the world can show them if they are willing.

Welcome. I’m glad you’ve arrived here. Let’s continue to rise to a different way of life together.

I’ll leave you with this riddle.

What becomes stronger the more you share it?

Ideas.
